When determining the right size Cozy Cave for your dog, it is important that you also look at the character of your dog. Does he/she like small spaces? Then a smaller size is no problem. However, our experience is that most dogs really appreciate a little extra space!
The cover of the Cozy Cave can be put in the washing machine or tumble dryer. Please note, the inner filling cannot be washed in the washing machine.
The Cozy Cave may only be exchanged if it has not been used (i.e. no stains and/or hair in the Cozy Cave). The Cozy Cave must also be in the original box and the labels must still be attached in the original way. Shipping (both returns and the new Cozy Cave) will be at the customer's expense.
Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany are free.
We will ship your order the same day if it arrives before 4:00 PM.
