When determining the correct Cozy Cave size for your dog, it is important that you look at the nature of your dog. Does he or she likes small spaces? Then a smaller size will not be a problem. Our experience is that most dogs appreciate a bit of space! Mail to info@cozycave.eu  when you are in doubt, perhaps we can help you in making a choice.Yes, the cover of the Cozy Cave is machine washable and can be tubmled dry.  You can find the washing instructions here.The Cozy Cave can be returned only when unused. So no stains and hair in the Cozy Cave. The Cozy Cave should be in the original packaging and has to have the original tags still on. Returns must be sent to CozyCave.EU at the owners expense. To make a right choice is always possible to see the Cozy Cave in our showroom!

Ee typically ship within three business days, when the product is in stock. When the product is not in stock, we will communicate by mail how long the delivery will be.We ship all over Europe! When determining the right size Cozy Cave for your dog, it is important that you also look at the character of your dog. Does he/she like small spaces? Then a smaller size is no problem. However, our experience is that most dogs really appreciate a little extra space!

The cover of the Cozy Cave can be put in the washing machine or tumble dryer. Please note, the inner filling cannot be washed in the washing machine.

The Cozy Cave may only be exchanged if it has not been used (i.e. no stains and/or hair in the Cozy Cave). The Cozy Cave must also be in the original box and the labels must still be attached in the original way. Shipping (both returns and the new Cozy Cave) will be at the customer's expense.

Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany are free.

We will ship your order the same day if it arrives before 4:00 PM.
