Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 4 p.m on weekdays are shipped the same day, so in most cases you will receive them the next (business) day.
Orders placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday and in most cases you have it delivered on Tuesday.
Both DPD and PostNL also deliver Saturdays. 

DPD Parcel (Free): 1-2 business days
PostNL Parcel (€ 4.95): 1-2 business days
Pick up (Free): By appointment at our office in Budel.

DPD Return via Parcel Shop: After one failed delivery attempt by DPD, the parcel will be delivered at a nearby DPD Parcel Shop / Service Point.
It will be available for pickup for 5 working days. If you do not pick up the shipment it will be returned and we will refund your payment minus a shipping and handling fee of € 5.95.

Holidays

Orders placed during the holidays are considered as weekend orders – they will be shipped on the next business day.

Returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can return it at your own expense within 14 days to: CozyCave.EU, Taxandrialaan 57E, 6021XW, Budel, The Netherlands.

Note: The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. If the product is opened we can unfortunately not take it back.
